Exchanges and refunds

Return due to manufacturing defects Returning products that have manufacturing defects entails no additional cost to the User and BlinkSet will reimburse any costs incurred in returning the product. To return defective products, please contact us by email at hola@blinkset.com within 14 days of receiving your order, describing the defects and attaching photos that clearly show the damage. Beyond this period, the user shall be liable for any damages. Once we have received the information from you, we will let you know whether or not the defective product should be returned and, if so, how it is to be collected or should be sent. The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging. If this is not the case, the company reserves the right to refuse the return. Once the product has been received and the defects verified, we will give you the option of replacing the product with another of identical characteristics, and will cover the shipping costs (delivery time 3-6 working days). If, due to a lack of stock, another product of identical characteristics cannot be sent, you may choose to terminate the contract (ie receive a refund for the amounts paid) or request that another model of the same or lower amount of their choice be sent. Payments will be refunded within no more than 14 calendar days from the date the User decides to terminate the contract. Return due to change of mind In accordance with Spain's General Consumer and User Protection Act, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to return it if you are not satisfied with the order you have received, without any penalty and without the need to give any reason. In this case, you are responsible for paying for the cost of returning the product to BlinkSet. To do so, please email hola@blinkset.es, stating that you wish to cancel the contract. Please include the order number, date of receipt and your customer details. Once we have received this request, we will notify you of the shipment method. All costs for returning the order are covered by the customer. BlinkSet is not responsible for the courier company or any losses as a result of errors in the delivery address. We recommend that the carrier be required to provide proof of delivery for the product as a guarantee. The product(s) to be returned must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If this is not the case, the company reserves the right to refuse the return. Once we have received and checked that the product is in perfect condition, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded (shipping costs will not be paid under any circumstances, as these are at the customer's expense). Payments will be refunded within no more than 14 calendar days from the date the User decides to terminate the contract. Product exchanges We do not allow exchanges of products purchased. If you would like to make an exchange, you will need to exercise your right of withdrawal as set out above and then buy the product again. If the reason for the exchange is due to confusion about the size of the product, please email us at hola@blinkset.es so we can try to resolve the issue.
